NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — One of the gang members who was charged in the 2018 Bronx murder of Lesandro ‘Junior” Guzman Feliz was sentenced to 12 years in prison Tuesday.
The 29-year-old, Luis Cabrera Santos, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in November for the brutal murder of the 15-year-old.
Santos is one of five remaining gang members who were charged in the case. The other four are Jose Tavarez, Danel Fernandez, Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion and Danilo Payamps Pacheco Ronald Urena.

All of the suspects pleaded guilty. The other four will be sentenced this week.
Seven other people are already in prison in connection to the attack.

Guzman’s murder shook the city and beyond. The teen was mistakenly targeted as a rival gang member by the suspects. He was dragged out of a bodega while begging for help and stabbed multiple times.
