NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — FDNY officials responded after the front signage of a Queens furniture store collapsed on Wednesday, injuring three people.
The partial collapse occurred at Manny’s Home furniture, located at 245-13 Jericho Turnpike in Bellerose.
An approximately 60-foot section of the facade fell from the business, causing minor injuries to one adult and two children, authorities said.
The kids were taken to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, and the adult was taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
It was not immediately clear what the relationship is between the adult and children, and they have not been identified.
Few other details were released.
