
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 36-year-old man was beaten with hammers in a Brooklyn apartment last month, and police are searching for the attackers, the NYPD announced on Wednesday.
The victim got into an argument with an unidentified man in an apartment on 54th Street near Eighth Avenue in Sunset Park on June 15 around 8 p.m., officials said.
Two other men joined the argument to back up their friend before the group allegedly jumped the victim.
The trio hit the victim multiple times with hammers, according to authorities.
The victim went to Maimonides Medical Center by private means in stable condition.
