NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- Three men are being sought for allegedly destroying Pride flags outside the Stonewall Inn in Greenwich Village over the weekend, police said Monday as they released photos of them.
The NYPD's Hate Crime Task Force is investigating the vandalism in Christopher Park early Saturday morning, which happened as the city marks Pride Month in June.

The three men were walking through Stonewall National Monument—which encompasses the park and is operated by the National Park Service—shortly after 3 a.m. when they broke multiple LGBTQIA+ Pride flags that were displayed on a fence, police said.
The suspects fled on foot after damaging the flags, according to police. They were last seen headed eastbound on Waverly Place.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
