NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police are investigating after three men were stabbed, one fatally, on a Brooklyn street Sunday morning.
At approximately 7:20 a.m., officials responded to a 911 call of two people stabbed in the vicinity of 50th Street and 4th Avenue in Sunset Park.
Upon arrival, officers observed 42-year-old Melvin Gomez Nunez, and a 30-year-old man with multiple stabbed wounds throughout their bodies.
EMS transported the victims to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where Gomez Nunez was pronounced dead, and the 30-year-old man in stable condition.
Officers were later informed that a 38-year-old male walked into Brooklyn Hospital Center with multiple stab wounds to his body, in connection to the same incident. The 38-year-old man remains in stable condition.
There have been no arrests made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
