NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Three states on Tuesday were added to the tri-state's 14-day quarantine travel advisory list, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced: Ohio, Michigan and Virginia.
No states or U.S. territories were removed from the list.
The advisory also applies to New Jersey and Connecticut.
The quarantine applies to any person arriving from an area with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents over a 7-day rolling average or an area with a 10 percent or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average.
