NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Three lucky people will split $8.3 million after each picking the same winning lottery ticket at one Upper West Side convenience store during Wednesday night's drawing.
The New York Lottery announced Friday that each ticket was sold at Lucky Choice Convenience on West 72nd Street, with each prize-winning ticket worth $2.76 million before taxes.
The winning ticket numbers that were drawn were 05–14–20–23–28 and Bonus Number 57.
According to The New York Lottery, each player must match six numbers drawn from a field of one to 59 in order to win. The odds of winning a single lottery ticket are 1 in more than 45 million.
The three unidentified winners have up to a year to claim their prizes.
