NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police on Wednesday released a photo of a group of four suspects accused of beating and robbing a man aboard a Queens subway train last week, authorities said.
It was reported to police that on Friday, May 31, At approximately 6 p.m., a 52-year-old man was approached by the group on a southbound J train when they began to have a verbal dispute officials said.
The suspects then punched and kicked the victim causing pain, bruising and cuts before removing his property.
The suspects continued to ride the southbound J train to parts unknown.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens in stable condition.
