
NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police are searching for a group of six teens accused of beating a man aboard a Queens F train last week.
At approximately 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, a 40-year-old man was sitting on the northbound F train at Briarwood Station, when the group of six approached the victim and assaulted him, officials said.
The suspects struck the victim in the head multiple times.
They detrained at 179th Street and fled to parts unknown on foot.
EMS transported the victim to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
