NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A seven-year-old girl was found dead in a Bronx apartment complex Tuesday morning, police said.
The child, whose identity has not yet been released, was discovered in a Mitchel Houses apartment in Mott Haven. She was transported to Lincoln Hospital but could not be resuscitated, according to police.
Cops told The New York Post that the girl was discovered with trauma to her head and body.
An investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
