NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 43-year-old homeless man was arrested Wednesday for the murder of another 43-year-old man on a Brooklyn L train on Friday.
Police accused Alvin Charles, 43, of slashing the throat of 43-year-old Tommy Bailey around 8:49 p.m.
Officers found the wounded Bailey at the Atlantic Avenue subway station after a dispute on a southbound L train.
EMS rushed him to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Charles faces murder charges for the alleged attack.
