NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An iconic former cast member of the "The Real Housewives of New York City" will no longer officially call the city home.

Bethenny Frankel received an offer on her SoHo loft on Feb. 12 after initially listing it for $6.95 million in April, according to The New York Post.
The businesswoman and philanthropist, who made headlines on Monday for raising $35 million for Ukrainian refugees, was reportedly forced to take it off the market after five months due to a lack of interest.

With the looming sale, her representative, Jill Fritzo, told the outlet that her "residences will be in the Hamptons and Connecticut."
Though it will mark the first time the 51-year-old will not have a residence in New York City, Fritzo said that she will still have a "presence" in the city.
Frankel first purchased the 4,000-square-foot home in 2017 for $4.2 million. Described as a "fully reimagined full floor designer loft," it includes a key-locked elevator that leads to an open kitchen and a "great room" with 11-foot ceilings and oversized windows.
The final sale price for the pad has yet to be determined, but according to The Post, the prospective buyer is expected to have gotten a better deal with Frankel.
