NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Brooklyn man was arrested after two young teens overdosed on drugs he sold them out of a Long Island smoke shop, authorities said.
The non-fatal overdoses stemmed from THC the youngsters, ages 12 and 13, got from Exotic Smoke Shop at 8 Station Plaza South in Great Neck, police said.
A 22-year-old man, Rashid Ali, was arrested Friday for selling the drugs to the juveniles.
Ali was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He is scheduled to be arranged on Saturday in Hempstead.
