NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- At least three people were injured when a fire ripped through a Bronx apartment early Tuesday morning, the FDNY said.
Fire officials responded to the flames at a six-story residential building located at 801 Crotona Park North in the Crotona section at approximately 5:30 a.m., officials said.

Firefighters determined the blaze started at a fourth floor apartment in the building.
According to officials, about 60 firefighters from 12 units responded to battle the flames.
Three civilians suffered injuries in the fire and were hospitalized, officials said.
Their conditions and the extent of their injuries were not immediately known.
The fire was placed under control by 7 a.m., the FDNY wrote on Twitter.
