NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man's body was pulled from a pond in Central Park Monday afternoon, authorities said.
The man's body was seen floating face down around 4:25 p.m. in Turtle Pond near the 79th Street Transverse, police said.
The unidentified man was fully clothed when he was found dead in the pond and did not have any obvious signs of trauma.
He was pronounced dead at the scene after being removed from the water.
His official cause of death will be determined by the city's Medical Examiner.
