NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are investigating after a 12-year-old boy shot himself while fooling around with a gun Tuesday night in the Bronx, sources said Wednesday.
At about 11:10 p.m., officials were called to 210 W. 230th Street in Kingsbridge.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the boy who had shot himself in the foot.
He was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.
The victim is uncooperative at this time, cops said.
The investigation is ongoing.
