
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 15-year-old boy was arrested in the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy on Harlem last week, the NYPD announced Friday.
Officials charged the boy with murder Thursday night, authorities said. His name was not released due to his age.
At approximately 1:37 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, officers responded to a 911 call of a male shot at West 124th Street and Lenox Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers observed Clarence Jones with a gunshot wound to the torso, police said.
EMS transported Jones to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem where he was pronounced dead.
