NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is searching for a suspect who stabbed a teenager aboard a Queens subway train Monday afternoon, authorities said.
At approximately 12:33 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call of an assault involving a knife on a Manhattan-bound M train at the Court Sq-23rd Street station in Long Island City.
Upon arrival, officials discovered a 15-year-old boy who had been stabbed in the abdomen.
EMS rushed him to Cornell Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition.
Police believe the teen had been involved in a dispute with the attacker when he was stabbed.
