NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released a photo of a man wanted for strangling a teen boy while aboard a Queens subway train earlier this month, authorities said.
Just before 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, a 17-year-old-boy was on a northbound A train at the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue station in Far Rockaway, when he was approached by the suspect.
After a verbal dispute, the suspect strangled the teen, causing him to lose consciousness.
The victim exited the train and the attacker remained on the train, traveling to parts unknown.
The teen sustained minor injuries and was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
