Rakim Brown’s brother was shot and paralyzed by a member of a rival group of drug dealers in 2017.
On Jan. 28, 2018, Brown chased down a member of that crew and cornered her in a Bronx apartment building lobby, where he beat and shot her multiple times.
He pleaded guilty to narcotics conspiracy and using a firearm for a drug trafficking crime to a federal judge in Manhattan.
Brown faces a potential lifetime sentence and a minimum of 10 years in prison.
