NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a duo wanted for holding up residents at gunpoint and taking about $10,000 in jewelry in a Bronx home invasion robbery earlier this week.
At 8:40 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 27, two suspects forcibly entered an apartment inside of 124 East 176th St. in Mount Hope, officials said.
Acting in concert, the robbers displayed a firearm and bound a 46-year-old man and 68-year-old woman.
The suspects then took jewelry valued at approximately $10,000, handbags and $1,800 from the victims before fleeing northbound on Walton Avenue.
There were no injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
