The back-to-back attacks happened at 3:15 p.m. and 4 p.m. and just a block apart in Mott Haven.

In the first assault, a 32-year-old man was in the area of East 147th Street and Willis Avenue when the suspect walked up and slashed him across the face with a sharp object, police said.

Forty-five minutes later, the same attacker set his sights on a 51-year-old man in front of 506 Bergen Ave., slashing his ear and face, according to police.

Both victims were transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition.

Surveillance video released Wednesday shows the suspect wearing a distinctive hoodie featuring a large eye.
