NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Bronx woman was arrested after New York state troopers who pulled her over found 25.3 ounces of cocaine in her baby's diaper bag, authorities said Thursday.

The 33-year-old woman was driving a 2008 Dodge Charger on I-87 in Coxsackie, a town in Greene County, on Tuesday when the troopers pulled her over for a traffic violation, New York State Police said in a press release.

When the troopers discovered she didn't have a valid driver's license, they called a tow truck to move the car, the department said.

As the troopers were conducting a vehicle inventory before the car was towed, they found the cocaine inside her baby's diaper bag, police said.

The woman's 7-month-old daughter and 13-year-old daughter were in the car when she was pulled over, according to police.

The Bronx resident has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and endangering the welfare of a child, the department said.
