NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police in Queens arrested an off-duty city employee accused of sexual abuse on Tuesday, officials told 1010 WINS.
Authorities cuffed 74-year-old Robert Freeman in Forest Hills at 5:15 p.m., on May 4, the NYPD said.
Freeman, an NYPD City Custodial Assistant is accused of touching a female's breasts and buttocks, police told 1010 WINS.
He was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse, officials said.
