NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Tuesday released photos of a couple wanted for beating up two women on a Brooklyn street last month, authorities said.
At approximately 12:35 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, a 73-year-old and a 51-year-old woman were walking together at the corner of Rogers Avenue and Martense Street in the Little Caribbean neighborhood, when the two suspects began a verbal dispute with the victims.
According to officials, the male suspect then punched the 51-year-old woman in the face with a closed fist while the female suspect shoved and struck the 73-year-old woman in the head with a closed fist.
The suspect then fled on foot to parts unknown.
The victims were transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County for minor injuries and were listed in stable condition.
The suspects are described as a man and woman approximately 30 to 40 years of age.
