NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The unsolved death of a Bronx woman who was found with a bag tied around her head has been officially deemed a homicide, police said Saturday.
Jazmine Williams, 32, was discovered unconscious and unresponsive with the bag over her head back on July 1. Police found her around 7:30 a.m. that Thursday at 355 Exterior Street in Mott Haven — an industrial sight near the Harlem River.
Williams, of Morrisania, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe Williams's death was due to domestic violence, sources told the New York Post.
