
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a driver who allegedly went off a Bronx roadway and struck six people on the sidewalk before fleeing the scene.
The NYPD released images Wednesday of the muscled suspect wanted for the hit-and-run crash in Mott Haven on the morning of Thursday, July 3.
The suspect was traveling eastbound on East 149th Street in a Ford Mustang shortly before 11 a.m. when he tried to make a left turn onto northbound Courtland Avenue, police said.

He ended up jumping the curb and careening onto the sidewalk, where he struck the six victims, according to cops.
He then fled the scene in the Mustang before abandoning the vehicle and taking off on foot, police said.

All of the victims suffered minor injuries and were in stable condition at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln.
They included a 30-year-old man, 30-year-old woman, 43-year-old man, 49-year-old woman, 69-year-old man and 79-year-old woman.
