NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Friday released a photo of two men sought in an Apple AirPods snatching spree in Manhattan last month, authorities said.
The first incident happened at approximately 2:30 on Thursday, Nov. 30, when a 30-year-old woman was walking on East 74th Street and East Drive inside Central Park. She was approached from behind by a suspect who snatched her Apple AirPods headphones, officials said.
The suspect fled in an unknown direction on a blue two-wheeled vehicle, which was being operated by a second suspect.
The second incident happened minutes later at approximately 2:45 p.m. when a 31-year-old woman was crossing the street opposite of 406 Broome St. on the Lower East Side, when she was approached from behind by a suspect who snatched her Apple Airpods headphones.
The suspect then fled southbound on Lafayette Street on a blue two-wheeled vehicle, which was being driven by a second suspect.
The victims were uninjured in both incidents.
The first suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black face mask, blue jeans and black sneakers.
The second suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, a black back pack, black pants and white sneakers. He was last seen driving the blue two wheeled vehicle involved in both incidents.
