Duo wanted for violently robbing woman in Central Park

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for two suspects who allegedly attacked and robbed a woman in Central Park this month.

The NYPD released surveillance images Tuesday of the pair, who targeted the woman on East Drive, just west of the Harlem Meer, police said.

The victim was walking at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 5 when the duo rode up from behind on a bike and struck her in the back of the head, according to police.

They then stole her headphones from her head and rode off, traveling southbound on East Drive, police said.

The victim declined medical attention at the scene.
