NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An FDNY employee was arrested Sunday on Staten Island and charged with criminal contempt and harassment, the NYPD said, after he reportedly threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend.
Santiago was arrested outside his ex-girlfriend's home after allegedly breaking an order of protection and yelling at the woman, "I'll chop her head off," The Daily News reported, citing police.
