NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- New York City started rolling back reopenings in high-risk COVID-19 hotspots on Thursday.
Areas that have been designated "red zones," "orange zones" and "yellow zones" will be subject to the following restrictions for at least 14 days, per the state's new guidelines:

RED ZONES OR "CLUSTERS"
• Houses of worship must limit their capacity to 25%, or 10 people maximum
• Mass gatherings are prohibited
• All non-essential businesses must close (guidelines are available here)
• Restaurants must move to takeout-only
• Schools must close and move to all-remote learning
ORANGE ZONES OR "WARNING ZONES"
• Houses of worship must limit their capacity to 33%, or 25 people maximum
• Mass gatherings are limited to 10 people maximum, both indoors and outdoors
• High-risk non-essential businesses (gyms, personal care, etc.) must close (guidelines are available here)
• Restaurants must offer outdoor dining only, with four people maximum per table
• Schools must close and move to all-remote learning
YELLOW ZONES OR "PRECAUTIONARY ZONES"
• Houses of worship must limit their capacity to 50%
• Mass gatherings are limited to 25 people maximum, both indoors and outdoors
• Non-essential businesses can remain open (guidelines are available here)
• Restaurants can offer indoor and outdoor dining, with four people maximum per table
• Schools can remain open, but students, teachers and staff must be tested for COVID-19 weekly
