
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police release surveillance footage on Thursday of a gun-wielding man accused of threatening to kill a Bronx storeowner last month.
It happened at approximately 10:20 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, in front of 1578 Westchester Ave. in Soundview, authorities said.
According to officials, the suspect and a 46-year-old store owner got into a verbal dispute where he threatened to kill the store owner.
The suspect then went to his car, retrieved a firearm, and returned to the store displayed a firearm, racked the slide, and threatened the store owner again.
He fled the store in his vehicle to parts unknown.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket, tan shorts, and black sneakers.
