NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for the gunman wanted in the shooting death of a man at a Brooklyn NYCHA building on Thursday afternoon.
Just after 4 p.m., police received 911 calls of a person shot at the Saratoga Houses located at 33 Saratoga Ave. in Ocean Hill.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that 59-year-old man Pernell Webster had been shot in the arm and torso, within the 13th floor.
EMS transported Webster to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
