NYPD seek hit-run driver who struck 3 women outside Bronx Mamajuana Cafe

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released surveillance footage of an SUV driver accused of hitting three women outside a Bronx restaurant in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday.

It happened at approximately 4:30 a.m. in front of Mamajuana Cafe located at 3233 East Tremont Ave. in Schuylerville.

According to officials, the suspect was driving a Blue Mitsubishi Outlander engaged in a verbal dispute with a group when he drove it onto the sidewalk and struck three women - ages 31, 27 and 40.

The suspect fled the scene toward Puritan Avenue to parts unknown.

EMS transported all three victims to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt, black colored pants, white sneaker, and wearing a red baseball cap.
