NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating the death of a 22-year-old man who was shot in the head outside of a Brooklyn housing development on Monday.
Officials said just before 2:40 p.m. Conrad Waterton was standing outside a building in the Red Hook West Houses on Columbia Street when he was shot in the face.

Waterton was rushed to New York Methodist Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities said Waterton was just released on parole on Oct. 8, after he was sentenced to five years in prison for robbery and assault in 2017.
So far, police have made no immediate arrests.
An investigation remains ongoing.
