NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 30-year-old man was stabbed multiple times in Crown Heights near Monday's J'Ouvert parade, according to police.
The man was walking near Eastern Parkway and Nostrand Avenue around 2:12 p.m. when he was attacked, officials said.
Police said the victim was not a part of the J'Ouvert parade, even though the attack happened nearby.
Authorities expect the man to survive.
Officers took a 40-year-old man into custody, though no charges have been filed yet.
