
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 32-year-old man was fatally shot after an early Sunday morning argument in Brownsville, according to the police.

The unidentified man was arguing with his killer just after 3 a.m. on New Lots Avenue between Hegeman Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot him in the torso, authorities said.
Police found him unconscious, unresponsive and badly wounded.
EMS rushed him to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, according to the NYPD.
The police have not yet made an arrest and an investigation is ongoing.
