NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is searching for a suspect who fatally shot a 33-year-old man near a Brooklyn deli Wednesday morning.
Police said the victim was shot multiple times in the torso at the intersection of Mother Gaston Boulevard and Belmont Avenue in Brownsville.
The victim was pronounced deceased at Brookdale Hospital.
The suspect fled in a black vehicle, authorities said.
Video from the Citizen app showed a heavy police presence outside the deli.
