NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Authorities are investigating the death of a 35-year-old man found repeatedly shot in the Bronx late Tuesday night, according to the NYPD.
Just after 11 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of male shot at 6 East Burnside Ave. in Fordham Heights.
Upon arrival, officers discovered Juan Lluverez shot once in the abdomen and once in the leg.
EMS rushed Lluverez to S.t Barnabas Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
There have been no arrests made at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
