NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 39-year-old was fatally shot in the head in broad daylight Sunday afternoon, according to police.
The victim was shot outside of the AAA Gourmet Deli Mart on the corner of Eastchester Road and Adee Avenue around 12:58 p.m., police said.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced dead.
An investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made, police said.
