NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 60-year-old man was discovered dead on a subway train in Queens during Monday evening's rush hour, according to police.
An MTA worker noticed the man slumped over in a train at the Rockaway Park-Beach 116th Street station around 6 p.m. and alerted a supervisor, police said.
Responding police officers found the man unconscious and unresponsive and performed CPR until EMS arrived, according to the NYPD.
The man, who was from Brooklyn, was pronounced dead at the scene around 6:45.
Police don't believe criminality was involved in his death.
