NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A 70-year-old man was sucker-punched while sitting on a Brooklyn subway bench, police said Friday as they released images of a suspect in the unprovoked attack.
The victim was seated at the D-line platform inside the Bay Parkway station in Bath Beach around 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 25 when he was assaulted at random, police said.

The assailant immediately fled and was last seen exiting the station on foot. Video shows him hopping a turnstile around the time of the attack.
The victim suffered minor injuries. EMS transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health, where he was listed in stable condition.
