NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police on Wednesday released a photo of a man accused of pummeling a 73-year-old man on a Queens street earlier this month.
It happened at approximately 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10, in the vicinity of 41-12 Main Street in Downtown Flushing, authorities said.
According to officials, the victim engaged in a verbal dispute with the suspect who began to punch him in the face and head several times causing a cut to his forehead.
EMS transported the victim to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital/Booth Memorial in stable condition.
The suspect was last seen fleeing the location on foot, traveling southeast on Casino Boulevard.
