Man, 78, suffers jaw, teeth injuries in attack at a Bronx McDonald's

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A 78-year-old man was attacked at a McDonald’s in the Bronx on Sunday, police said.

At around 12:25 p.m., a dispute broke out between the victim and two men inside the McDonald's at 36 W. Fordham Rd., police said.

Following the argument, one of the suspects punched the victim in the face causing him to fall on the floor.

The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition but had injuries to his jaw and teeth, according to police.

The unidentified suspects were last seen fleeing the location to parts unknown in a black Jeep SUV.

Police released photos of the two suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them.
