NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Thursday released surveillance footage of a man accused of using his cellphone to take pictures under a girl's dress in Brooklyn last month.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, an 11-year-old girl was in front of 1664 Bergen St. in Crown Heights when she was approached by the suspect, officials said.
According to police, the suspect followed the child and placed a cellphone beneath her dress while taking pictures.
The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot eastbound on Bergen Street.
