NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- NYPD arrested a father who abducted his 3-year-old daughter and barricaded himself from police in the Bronx on Wednesday.
According to police, just after 4 p.m., there was a dispute between the father and mother.

The father then slashed the mother and took the child into a residence near 3575 Boston Road in Williamsbridge.
Police received a call for a missing child at 4:15 p.m., officials said.
The child was later safely released and transported to Montefiore Hospital for evaluation.
The father then barricaded himself, authorities said.
At 5:45 p.m, officials were able apprehend the father at 834 E 222 Sreet.
So far, there have not been any charges filed.
