Man arrested for 20-minute groping, flashing spree in subway: NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A homeless man was arrested for allegedly targeting two women and a teen in a groping and flashing spree in the subway that happened in the span of about 20 minutes this week, the NYPD said.

Howard Parker, 57, was arrested and charged with forcible touching and public lewdness on Wednesday, police said. His attorney information wasn't immediately available.


Police said all three incidents happened on a northbound F train in downtown Brooklyn and lower Manhattan between 6:48 a.m. and 7:05 a.m. on Monday.

A 23-year-old woman was on the train near the Jay Street–MetroTech station when Parker allegedly groped himself, police said.

A 60-year-old woman was on the train near the Second Avenue station at Houston Street when he allegedly grabbed her buttocks, according to police.

And a 16-year-old woman was on the train near the 14th Street station at Second Avenue when he allegedly exposed himself to her, police said.
