VIDEO: Man, 58, attacked, robbed on SI over loud music complaint; 3 men sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police on Friday released surveillance video of
three suspects accused of attacking a man in Staten Island last month after he complained about the volume of their music.

The incident occurred just before 10:30 p.m. on April 30 in the vicinity of Weser Avenue and Steuben Street in the Park Hill section, officials said.


A 58-year-old man complained to a group of three men about them playing loud music from their vehicles, they attacked him, the NYPD said.

The three men then knocked the victim to the pavement and began to punch and kick him in the head and torso, according to police.

The victim's teeth were chipped and he suffered a bloody nose and pain to his body, officials said.

The suspects also took the victim's phone and wallet during the incident before fleeing the scene in multiple vehicles, including a gray Infiniti SUV.

Authorities describe the individuals are as three dark-skinned, heavy-set men.
