NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — Police on Friday released photos of four men accused of beating and robbing a man's gold necklace on a Queens street last month.
At approximately 10 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, five suspects approached a 27-year-old man as he was walking in front of 77-11 Roosevelt Ave. in Jackson Heights, officals said.
The suspects began to strike the man multiple times in the head with blunt objects, displayed a knife and took the victim's gold necklace valued at approximately $1,500.
The suspects then fled the location on foot in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained injuries to his head and was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst in stable condition.
One individual has been arrested, police said..
