NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A man was killed early Tuesday when he fell between cars on a moving subway train in the Bronx and was run over, authorities said.
The man—who has not been identified but appears to be in his 30s—fell between cars around 3:15 a.m. as the train was in motion near the 238th Street station in Kingsbridge.
The FDNY said it responded to a report of a man on the tracks under the 1 train. First responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
He is not believed to be the victim of a crime, the NYPD said.
